Tegan has worked as a psychologist for over ten years. She has largely worked supporting children and families impacted by domestic violence and sexual assault and feel very passionate about human rights and equality. She is also a parent of three children ranging from toddler to teenager and hopes that adds further practicality to her support.

Nina has a keen interest in working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship and family difficulties, gender identity issues, work stress, low self-esteem, anger issues, survivors of sexual abuse and other childhood trauma. She is trained in several evidence based approaches, including CBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

She has extensive experience working with people with disabilities, including intellectual disability and Autism. Marie has a keen interest working with people experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, low self esteem and interpersonal difficulties.
Lauren works with people of all ages with concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, self esteem, grief and loss, substance use and addiction, trauma, abuse, and children with behavioural and emotional regulation concerns, and social skills deficits. Lauren uses CBT, ACT, DBT, Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing.
Mary is very keen to equip you with the life skills, social and behavioural skills, cognitive skills using acceptance and mindfulness techniques. This will build your repertoire of tools to better manage life on a day to day basis so that you are leading a more fulfilling and functional lifestyle with confidence.
Dimple work with clients from different cultural backgrounds including children, adolescents and adults. She has extensive experience working with people having drug and alcohol addiction, depression, anxiety, perfectionism, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, development delays, workplace stress, and burn out. Dimple is multilingual and can support clients in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Rosemary welcomes clients concerned with personal issues such as anger, stress, anxiety, and depression, self-esteem, phobias, adjustment, behavioural change, eating disorders, smoking cessation, grief and loss, and relationships. She also welcomes clients with workplace issues such as career development, motivation, performance, and interpersonal conflict.
Louise has extensive experience with children and adolescents but is very comfortable working with all age groups. Clients with issues in the areas of self esteem, stress, anxiety and depression, substance use issues and body/weight related issues would be assisted by Louise’s experience in these fields.
Melissa is an experienced psychologist of over 10 years who adopts a warm, caring, and empathetic style of counselling to people from all walks of life, backgrounds, cultures and social demographic groups. As a parent of 3 younger children, Melissa understands the demands of a working mother and the importance of maintaining a balanced and healthy quality of life.
Stephanie has had nearly three decades of working with a diversity of clients of all ages, issues and genres. Stephanie is keen to support you with with relationship issues, family issues, depression and anxiety, faulty thinking, self esteem, learning difficulties, stress, performance management and parenting.
With over 22 years experience as a psychologist and executive leader, Ross has developed a highly professional suite of organisational and clinical skills to provide compassionate, caring and committed evidence-based psychological services to individuals and couples that makes a real difference.
Sue has experience working with many people of different ages across the lifespan, children, adolescents, and adults – including ‘seniors’. The diverse range of challenges she has provided support and counselling for include people with work and relationship issues; helping parents find joy in their relationship with their children, including those with behavioural difficulties or medical and disability concerns.
