Her approach is very much a NOW-approach. Being present can be painful, in particular when it is difficult and overwhelming. That is why we need a lot of self-compassion in our lives.
Rhonda is an experienced psychologist, who has worked for over 27 years with adults and adolescents dealing with many and varied mental health and related issues.
These include life events that are causing conflict or distress, such as loneliness, grief and loss, trauma, abuse, work problems, health problems, relationship and communication issues as well as specific problems such as anxiety, depression and compulsive thoughts and behaviours.
Sharon has been working as a psychotherapist and clinical psychologist for over thirty years with adults, university students and older adults. She has a keen interest in working with people who have difficulties with self- esteem, interpersonal difficulties, early parenting issues, anxiety and depression.
