While skilled in the treatment of mental health disorders, my approach to sessions goes beyond treating symptoms, to address broader goals including motivation, client-centred values, identity, meaning, and purpose. I use a range of evidence-based models including cognitive-behaviour therapy (CBT), trauma-informed interventions, mindfulness, and other modalities as appropriate to each client’s specific needs.
