Hey there, I’m Ray and I am passionate about making a meaningful and empowering change for others. I offer a collaborative, client-centred approach to deeply understand your challenges and experiences, support you in setting your goals, and help you work towards the life you wish to live.
I aim to be a caring, approachable, and empathetic psychologist and I create a safe, non-judgemental space so you are able to share your story openly. When needed, I will compassionately challenge you and your thought patterns. I work with a range of evidence-based approaches and will individually tailor our approach to suit your context, preferences and needs. Through our journey we will celebrate your strengths and foster personal growth and development.
I hope to help you along your journey towards reaching your potential, and/or leading a happier, healthier, and more balanced life.

My passions are working with people who want to work through their trauma, those who are Culturally and Linguistically Diverse, First Nations people, people who are from the LGBT+ community, people who are neurodiverse, survivors of domestic violence, young people, and those who are hurting.

Trauma (particularly domestic violence, sexual assault, and parental abuse),
Drug and alcohol use,
Depression and anxiety,
OCD,
Self-harm and suicidality,
Borderline personality disorder,
Grief and loss,

Coping with gender dysphoria and affirming gender identity,
My strengths are providing an atmosphere where clients feel safe to share their story and feel accepted for who they are. My aim as a psychologist is to help clients leave sessions with more of an understanding of themselves and feeling better equipped to deal with life’s challenges.
