We make scheduling an appointment with one of our psychologists easy.

Step One: Appointment type

Select whether you're booking an appointment for the first time, whether you have a referral or if you're back booking a repeat appointment.

Step Two: Choose your psychologist

Select from our team of psychologists who you'd like to see - or just select to see the next available psychologist.

Step Three: Find a time

Choose a time that works best for you. There are appointments available 7 days a week and you can often book appointments for tomorrow.

Step Four: Contact & Payment Info

Enter your name, mobile number and date of birth to confirm your appointment. 

You'll also need to provide a bank card which isn't charged. It'll just be stored in case you miss an appointment - then a $40 missed appointment fee will apply.

Step Five: Check your inbox

We'll send you a confirmation email with your secure video call link and let you know how to get a Mental Health Care Plan for free if you haven't already got one.  

Step Six: Send us your Mental Health Care Plan

If you already have a MHCP you can email it direct to us.

Otherwise, follow the instructions in our email and schedule a video consult with our partner GP and they'll send it direct to us.

We try to make scheduling an appointment super-easy, if you still have questions jump over to our complete FAQs.

You need a Mental Health Care Plan to book your appointment and secure your time with your psychologist. 

 

If you don’t already have a plan, you can schedule time with one of our GPs for a bulk billed video consultation which you can then use to access our psychologists.

There’s no out-of-pocket expenses for your first two sessions with your psychologist.  

 

After that it’s just $40 after your Medicare rebate.

 

Getting a Mental Health Care Plan from one of our GPs only takes 20 minutes and is also bulk billed.

 

We also charge a small fee of $40 if you don’t attend your appointment or give us at least 48 hours notice to cancel it. 

You don’t need to install any apps to connect with your psychologist. 

 

You’ll be provided a link via email and SMS that you can open on any smart phone, computer or tablet that opens up in your web browser to connect you to your psychologist.
