Hi, I'm Aisling
I am a Clinical Psychologist. I have a warm, genuine and relaxed manner. I aim provide a safe, non-judgemental space where we can work collaboratively to explore the challenges you bring to therapy, and identify and achieve your therapeutic goals.
I believe that long-term meaningful change is achievable through gaining new insights, reflecting on what is truly important to you, as well as the development of new skills and ways of responding to life’s challenges. I see people as more than their problems. I understand that each person already has their own unique personal strengths and skills that can be used to help build a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
Aisling's ready to help you improve your mental health.
