My passion is helping people, in good times and tough times, and that is my aim when meeting you. I want to get to know you and help you through whatever challenges are facing you. I like to celebrate successes, even the little ones, and work through the next steps towards more success.

Alana completed a Bachelor of Psychology and has been working as a psychologist for over two decades. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
Alana uses a range of evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
Alana has experience working with a range of clients of all ages. She has extensive experience working in the disability field, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and intellectual disability, across the lifespan.
She is interested in helping people with anxiety, depression, OCD, low self-esteem, learning difficulties, and emotional regulation difficulties.
