Hi, I'm Allie 👋

Hey, I’m Allie 🙂 I’m passionate about helping people learn about themselves and breaking the stigma of mental health! If you are feeling stuck, experiencing unknown feelings or having trouble working things out then I would love to meet you and hear about your experience. Together we can work through your difficulties, create awareness and meaningful change. I love encouraging clients to smash their goals!!

I use normal, everyday language to help clients understand psychology, their symptoms and the brain. I believe in the importance of learning my clients’ individual needs and developing a therapeutic plan tailored to them, helping them gain the best results from therapy.
