Hi, I'm Amanda 👋

My goal for your therapy to make each session count as a positive step forward on your journey to enhanced well-being.  I can help you understand and make more sense of what may be happening for you.  By working collaboratively, we can find strategies, concepts and treatments that will reduce your symptoms of distress and provide empowerment to meet your goals.

After more than 22 years as a psychologist, I know that every individual is so unique and that change is facilitated through therapy tailored to meet the needs of your particular set of circumstances.  It is such a privilege to use my skills and knowledge to provide support, encouragement and professional, evidence-based techniques.

My personal values are grounded in the attributes of inclusiveness, compassion and lovingkindness.
