Andi (Amanda) Williams

someone.health Psychologist

Hi, I'm Andi 👋

Seeing a psychologist for the first time can be daunting, so I do everything I can to help make it easier for you to take that first step to better health.

Life throws us challenges that we aren’t prepared for, because parents and schools can’t teach us everything we might ever need to know, that would be impossible!

Whatever you’re going through, however you’re struggling, it isn’t your fault, and it’s perfectly normal to need my help to work out what to do next.

My motto is ‘if you change nothing, nothing changes’. So, if you’ve decided you want your life to be different, I can guide you until you feel ready to continue your journey without me.

The tools and strategies I can teach you, will last a lifetime. I’d love nothing better than being without a job one day because everyone has excellent mental health!
