Anel Hough

    Psychologist

    Hi, I'm Anel 👋

It takes a lot of courage to open your vulnerabilities to a stranger. In the right space it could also be very liberating and healing to talk to someone who is objective and experienced.

I believe it is an honour and privilege to be trusted with the deepest thoughts and feelings of my clients. With this privilege comes great responsibility and I aim to create a safe and comfortable environment where the client can express themselves fully without experiencing judgment.

The therapeutic relationship, including empathy, positive regard and genuineness, forms the foundation of my approach and other techniques and methods are considered secondary. Before any desired changes can be made, an individual first needs to be truly heard, understood and accepted.

Anel's ready to help you improve your mental health.
