We all deal with difficult thoughts, feelings, and behaviours at one point or another, but when it becomes debilitating to our everyday lives, it is important to know that professional help is available.
I am an experienced psychologist that offers evidence based therapeutic services with an empathic and personalised approach.

Annette has completed a Bachelor of Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma of Psychology. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Annette is trained in several evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
Annette provides a wide range of therapeutic services for peoples from all walks of life. She has had extensive experience is delivering therapeutic services and has worked in a range of settings, including government, NGO’s, health care settings and in her own private practice.
Annette has a keen interest in working with people experiencing anxiety and trauma symptoms, perfectionism, confidence and self-esteem issues, difficulties with change/adjustment and workplace stress.
