Hi, I'm Anshula 👋

I am an empathetic and caring person who is passionate about empowering others and helping them to achieve their fullest lives. I am driven and invested into helping others identify where they want to be and how to navigate their journey. I aim to create a safe and comfortable space for people by using clear communication, curiosity and a client-centred approach.

I am a strong advocate for mental well-being who proactively promotes the importance of healthy home and work environments, healthy relationships, healthy life habits and seeking out mental health services. In both my professional and personal life, I model the concept of mental wellness and actively encourage conversations surrounding mental health.

I feel very priviledged to be doing the job I do and touching all the lives of the people with whom I cross paths.
