Audrey Fletcher

Hi, I'm Audrey 👋

It is very exciting when people take the first step to being proactive in their mental health and it makes me happy that mental health is becoming a topic we can talk freely about. I am excited to learn more about you and work together on how we can begin to create the life you want for yourself.

I employ a few different therapeutic modalities in my work, which can include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness. However, though these may be quite traditional frameworks, I also ensure to treat you as a real person, and we will constantly be working collaboratively throughout the whole process.
