I feel privileged to guide and work with you on the tools and coping skills needed to work through the challenges that you are facing and to assist you to improve your wellbeing.
My primary goal is always to provide a safe, accepting, confidential and enjoyable space in which to work together. I take a solution-focussed, client-centred approach, identifying your existing strengths and applying evidence-based techniques suited to your individual needs.
My experience and passion are in working with women to enhance their lives and assist them in identifying and achieving their goals.

Belinda completed a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology and a PhD and is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a psychologist.
Belinda trained in evidence-based approaches at the University of Melbourne, in particular Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Relaxation techniques.
Belinda has published extensively in the academic literature locally and internationally and regularly attends conferences.
Belinda has gained experience primarily in the Public health setting. She completed two years as an intern at Austin Health, Department of Clinical and Health Psychology, on the ward and in the outpatient clinic.
Belinda has experience in designing and delivering pain management group therapy and has undertaken both group and individual sessions in assertiveness training and improving self-esteem.
More recently she has worked in public health focussing on lifestyle behaviours, in particular diet, physical activity and weight management.
Belinda has moved to private practice and is offering telehealth services.
