Let’s face it: meeting a stranger, and potentially revealing stuff to them that’s personal and private – stuff you don’t entirely understand yourself – is scary! To me you are someone who is courageous in seeking help, taking a pro-active approach to your mental health, and investing in you!
I am grateful for the opportunity to work with you and support you as you move through the therapeutic process. I respect each client for the individual they are and will do my best to help them. I believe in working holistically and where possible collaboratively.

Celeste is a registered clinical psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a full member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS), following her completion of her Bachelors of Arts and Honours in Psychology in South Africa.
After immigrating to Australia she went on to complete her Masters Degree in Sports and Exercise Psychology and her Masters in Clinical Psychology. She also completed a Graduate Diploma in Teaching and Learning. She has a current a Working with Children's Check (NSW).
Celeste has been trained in evidence-based practices which include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
She has also completed a number of courses to help support client's during the therapeutic process. These include mindfulness, art therapy, sand play and symbol work therapy, and play therapy.
Celeste is an enthusiastic psychologist hoping to positively influence the lives of those with mental health issues. Celeste has experience working with a diverse range of clients across multiple settings. Celeste has a history of working with adults, adolescent and children. She has worked in employment, mental health, counselling and education. Celeste's main area of focus the past 10 years has been with children and adolescents aged between five and nineteen.
Celeste comes with experience in counselling, early intervention and has a keen passion for a collaborative approach to mental health. Celeste works with children and adolescents with emotional, behavioural or psycho-social issues including, but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, self-harm, stress, trauma, anger, self-esteem, enhancing self-regulation, stress management, social and emotional understanding in youth, as well as life coping and adjustments.
