Hi, I'm Chantal
Reaching out for counselling support is never easy and rarely straight forward, so great job on making it this far!! Choosing a therapist can become a task in itself, so let me get straight to the point(s) that will hopefully help you decide if I’m the right fit (or not) for you.
I love what I do. I take earning your trust very seriously. I think it’s a big deal to share your thoughts, fears, worries, hopes and dreams in counselling. I work hard to listen well and to understand your experience of the world and how you would like it to be different.
I work hard to listen well and to understand your experience of the world and how you would like it to be different. I’m a real person and will be clear about how I think I can help and have both professional and life experience to draw from. I won’t however, be telling you what to do, because I believe the strengths and solutions are already within you and see my job as one of working with you to help you get them out.
Chantal's ready to help you improve your mental health.
