Hi, I'm Chris
I know that talking to someone about your life is not necessarily the easiest step to take. Most clients however, find that the experience proves much less intimidating than they may have expected, and more importantly it turns out to be a first step towards positive change.
I’d like to listen to understand the experiences that have bought you to seek help, and to find solutions that make sense to you and that you agree with. Together we can discuss the issues that are important to you to uncover different perspectives and new insights.
There is no need to be alone with your problems. Every one of us have difficulties from time to time, this is our mutual connection. I look forward to meeting you and spending some time together.
