I look forward to working with you to explore, establish and maintain the changes for you to have a good and more meaningful life. I like to work holistically to assist in identifying aspects of your life so that you can achieve desired changes you want in your life.
In my practice I use a client centered approach where I value you as an individual and work collaboratively during treatment and developing plans to assist you to live the best life you can.
I respect and appreciate the journey of change of the people I work with, and I believe it is a privilege to walk along side them on this journey.

Colela completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with Honours and a Master of Social Work.
She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (APPi).
Colela is trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Suicide Prevention, Mindfulness, Emotional Intelligence, and Mental State Examination.
Colela has worked extensively with adults in government organisations and has experience working with people individually and in a group setting.
Colela has worked with people to make changes in relation to emotional and stress management, relationships, substance use, coping and problem-solving, self-esteem, attachment, and lifestyle.
Colela has an interest in working with people experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, anger management, sleep difficulties and stress and relaxation management.
