Hi, I’m Danielle, a registered psychologist dedicated to supporting individuals live more fulfilling lives. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change, and I am grateful for the opportunity to accompany my clients on their journey, supporting them along the way.

I take a warm and welcoming approach to therapy, making sure my clients feel heard and understood. I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in supporting self-understanding and growth, and I am committed to taking the time to understand each of my clients’ unique needs and challenges. I use a personalised and strength-based approach, focusing on my clients’ strengths, resources, and resilience to help them overcome any difficulties they may be facing.

Whether you’re seeking help with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or other concerns, I offer a safe, non-judgmental, and inclusive space where my clients can feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings and work towards their goals. I am passionate about helping individuals improve their emotional wellbeing and reach their full potential. I have a warm and compassionate nature providing a safe, collaborative, and empowering environment for my clients.

I am LGBTQIA+ inclusive and have experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse individuals, as well as various mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, and substance misuse.

My therapeutic approach is client-centred and strength-based, utilizing an integrative style that draws from frameworks including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed and attachment-based therapy.
