I work in collaborative manner to help you to achieve heal from your Life and Relationships. Therapy can be beneficial when something in our lives does not feel right.
I tailor my approach and combine well-researched psychological interventions in a way that is relevant to each individual. I provide safe, compassionate, confidential and non-judgemental environment to maximise the wellness.
Dimple has completed Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Psychology, Bachelor of Psychology with Honours, and Post Graduate Diploma in Psychological Practice.
She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and an associate member of Australian Psychological Society (APS).
Dimple prefers integrative evidence – based practice using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectic Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness strategies.
She hopes to use this experience and knowledge to help people overcome challenges and get most out of their life.
Dimple is Australian Registered Psychologist. She is multilingual and can additionally support clients who speak English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
She has experience working with diverse range of clients from different cultural backgrounds including children, adolescents and adults.
She also have extensive experience working with people having drug and alcohol addiction, depression, anxiety, perfectionism, low self-esteem, sleep difficulties, adjustment, relationship challenges, grief and loss, development delays, workplace stress, and burn out.
She has worked in range of settings, including government and non-government organisations.
