As a Clinical Psychologist, I am passionate, motivated, and committed to providing my clients with best practice interventions to support and guide them towards recovery, and self-improvement.
I have a warm, empathetic and collaborative approach to therapy, and my aim is to empower you to make healthy, positive, and meaningful changes to your life. I am also deeply committed to providing culturally sensitive and accessible treatment.

Academic Credentials
I have completed a Bachelor of Science/Arts majoring in Psychology and Criminology, a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours), and a Masters in Clinical Psychology. I am registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA).
I am trained in several evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Counselling Experience
I have several years of experience working in public and private health sectors with specific expertise in drug and alcohol treatment (moderate to severe), childhood and adult trauma and anxiety disorders.
Other common issues that my clients may face can include depression and mood related disorders, grief and bereavement, personality disorders, difficulty with emotion regulation including anger issues.
