Hi, I'm Edd
I am very much looking forward to working with you and helping you to achieve your goals from therapy. I understand that you are a unique individual and my approach is based on respect, compassion and collaboration in all phases of therapy.
In my work with you I will use approaches which are “tried and proven” however the focus will always be on you as an individual. I will assist you to resolve the challenge that brought you to therapy in the first place as well as helping you develop those skills, outlooks and strategies that foster resilience, a balanced lifestyle and sense of control amongst other things
My goal is providing you with what you need so that in the end you no longer need me as a therapist.
Edd's ready to help you improve your mental health.
