I know how difficult it can be to make that first step and reach out for support. Seeing a psychologist can be daunting, so I am here to ensure that the process is as easy and accessible as possible.
I also appreciate it can be tricky to fit support into your every-day life, I offer my clients flexibility with after-hours times to fit in with your needs.
Psychology is not a one size fits all approach. You are the expert in your life, I am here to work alongside you to find a solution that you can connect with and understand.

Academic Credentials
Emily has completed a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is also an APS board-approved supervisor.
Emily is trained in several evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

Emily is an experienced Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about assisting people living in rural and remote locations.
Emily has worked with a wide range of clients from young children to adults, from many different cultural backgrounds.
Emily has extensive experience helping people with a broad range of mental health issues including PTSD and trauma, anxiety and mood disorders, psychosis, and developmental disorders.
Emily works from a client-centered, strengths-based perspective and uses evidence-based approaches to ensure you are receiving the most effective and appropriate treatment.
