Hi, I'm Eran
Welcome! I’m so glad you are here. It’s not always easy to reach out for help so you are showing great courage simply by being here. Navigating life can be difficult at times and it can be overwhelming trying to work out what we need to do to get through. It has been my experience that people have immense capacity to find new ways of being once they feel heard and understood.
So, I would love the opportunity to work with you to help you better understand your struggles and explore with you what might be getting in your way of moving forward. It doesn’t matter what issue has brought you here, we all deserve a little help sometimes. Everyone has their own unique story to tell so if you’re ready to share your story, I’m here ready to listen.
Eran's ready to help you improve your mental health.
