I aim to create a safe and easy-going environment where you will feel comfortable to share your story. With my relaxed, genuine and patient style, we will work collaboratively together to understand your experiences, set goals and take steps towards the life that you want to live.

Academic Credentials

Eric has completed a Masters of Organisational Psychology and a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours at Deakin University. Registered Organisational Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).


I apply a bespoke approach and consider principles of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and coaching techniques.

Counselling Experience

Eric has worked with a diverse range of clients from all walks of life including Australia and Asia, across a variety of settings including public, private and non-for-profit, providing therapy as well as conducting cognitive and behavioural assessments.


Given my experience, I have a keen interest in working with people experiencing relationship/interpersonal difficulties, workplace stress/conflict and low motivation through a holistic lens including both work and home life.
