Erin has completed a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology and a Master of Professional Psychology Practice. Erin has also returned to study to complete a Master of Clinical Psychology. Erin is a member of the Australian Health Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Erin is trained in several evidence-based approaches including Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), CBT-e, DBT skills training, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Single Session Family Consultation. Erin uses trauma-informed and person-centred approaches.
Erin has worked in community mental health settings including youth mental health (such as Headspace and educational settings) as well as homelessness, forensic, and disability services.
Erin has experience working with clients from a diverse range of backgrounds including adolescents and adults who present with depression, anger, shame, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD.
Erin is currently only available for appointments with those 18 years and over.
