Our mind is so powerful and can be both enriching and detrimental. Understanding how we think and what experiences led us to these cognitions is the only way to get to know ourselves fully and lead a more balanced life.

Fin completed a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Psychology and Criminology with Honours.
She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Fin is trained in several evidence based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) for the treatment of trauma.
Fin has experience working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents and adults.
She also has extensive experience working with people experiencing trauma, addiction, anxiety and depression.
She has worked in a range of settings including non-government organisations and Government departments in Australia and overseas.
