Hi, I'm Glenda
I believe there is nothing more rewarding than standing alongside someone as they gain success, one step at a time, over difficulties that they thought were too big to ever overcome and I would love to have the honour of doing this with you.
Whether you are struggling with difficult circumstances and emotions or simply seeking to make some minor adjustments in your life I am ready to work together with you to help you achieve your goals.
My aim as a therapist is to provide you with a safe space to explore your needs and then to support you with respect, strategies and tools as you move toward the life you desire.
Glenda's ready to help you improve your mental health.
