Jaci holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) with Honours and a Master of Clinical Psychology, which she completed at the Australian National University. She has unconditional registration with the Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS).
Jaci has training a number of therapies which she draws upon in her practice, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing.
Jaci approaches each client as an individual with unique goals and draws upon an eclectic range of evidence-based therapies to help clients make positive change.
Jaci has experience working with adults presenting with a range of personal, emotional, and behavioural issues, such as low mood, anxiety, sleep difficulties, adjustment to life changes, interpersonal difficulties, and health related issues.
She also enjoys working with children and parents on emotion regulation, anxiety, low mood, social skills, and sleep difficulties.
