Hi, I'm Jade
I have always had a genuine desire to help people take care of themselves, simply so that they can function better and feel better.
I am practical by nature, and use this in my counselling sessions to help people create change- I believe that lots of small changes add up to big change over time. I also have a keen interest in nutrition and am a qualified Nutritionist. I am constantly amazed by the power of healthy eating in transforming a person’s physical and mental health.
Personally, I am a mum to my two boys and we all enjoy staying active with fitness training, basketball and mountain biking. I love being outdoors in nature and find it essential to my own mental health.

Jade completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons), and is also a qualified Nutritionist. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
She is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
Jade has more than 20 years experience in working with people of all ages, across both private and government settings.
She has a special interest in weight management psychology, as well as mood disorders (anxiety and depression), stress management and health psychology.
