Academic Credentials
Jeanine completed a Bachelor of Social Science majoring in Psychology with a minor in Criminology and a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) Psychology. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
Jeanine is trained in several evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (A.C.T.) amongst others.
Counselling Experience
Jeanine has a wide range of experience working with a diverse range of clients including children, adolescents and adults. She has extensive experience working with people with disabilities, including physical and intellectual disabilities. Jeanine has worked with people experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), low self esteem, childhood trauma, domestic violence and interpersonal difficulties.
She has worked in a variety of settings including schools, government organisations, non government organisations, for not for profit organisations and in private practice.
