Jessica is a Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
Jessica is trained in a range of evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and has pursued specialised training in trauma-informed therapy to enable her to best support her clients.
Jessica is a warm and skilled Registered Psychologist with diverse clinical experience working with clients from across the lifespan.
She has nine years counselling experience working in a range of settings, including schools, tertiary education, and non-government organisations.
She offers treatment for a range of concerns including stress and anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, grief and loss and interpersonal difficulties.
