I am here to help and support you on your journey to understand yourself better, improved your self esteem, stress less and have more meaningful relationships with others.

Academic Credentials
Judy has completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science with Honours and her Masters in Guidance and Counselling. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Judy is trained in several evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
Counselling Experience
Judy has experience working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents and adults. She has a keen interest in working with people experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, procrastination, body image concerns, disordered eating, low self esteem and interpersonal difficulties. Judy has worked in a range of settings, including schools, non-government organizations and charities.
