Hi, I'm Justine
I consider myself very fortunate to be working in a profession that allows people to open up about the things most meaningful to them. I endeavour to create a warm, non-judgemental space so that you can share your story in a way that feels safe.
I have a very gentle, relaxed approach to therapy sessions and am flexible in adapting this to suit your needs.
I believe the most important factor to effective therapy is the collaborative relationship between psychologist and client. I will never tell you what to do.
Instead, I’ll listen to you and together we will work out the best way to help you move forward with achieving your personal therapy goals.
Justine's ready to help you improve your mental health.
Justine completed a Bachelor, Graduate Diploma, and Master degree in Psychology. She is trained in several evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT).
She has been registered on the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) since 2014.
