Hi, I'm Karen
Hi there. My name is Karen and I am looking forward to meeting you and working with you. It can be a bit scary to reach out and ask for help so I already know you have the capacity to be brave. I know it may not feel like it right now though. I really want you to feel that talking with me is a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be yourself.
Developing a strong rapport with you is so important because you are the expert in your life! I get to walk along next to you, hopefully helping to guide and support you as you re-discover how amazing you are.
Karen's ready to help you improve your mental health.
