Hi, I'm Karen
I am passionate about helping others overcome obstacles and work through difficult situations. I really believe in many cases that people deep-down already know the answer to their problems and just need some guidance and encouragement or someone to walk beside them, to fjnd the way forward.
I use a variety of approaches, all client-centered, and will always listen closely to you when you tell me what works for you. Depending on your needs, I am happy to change tack, and to set new goals, if your needs change or new issues surface.
I am really happy when people feel they can start to take the lead. I am forever amazed at people’s tenacity and inspired by their creative solutions in the face of hardship and there isn’t a day that goes by where I don’t appreciate how much of a privilege it is to get to know my clients and work together with them in the most meaningful way.
