Katrina Leonard

someone.health Clinical Psychologist

Hi, I'm Katrina 👋

Psychology has been a lifelong passion and it’s a privilege to work with people to discover their strengths and their goals and support them in living their best life. I believe effective therapy is based on authentic communication that acknowledges YOU as the expert in your own life.

I aim to facilitate therapeutic conversations and share psychological tools to help you navigate new ways forward. My approach is to provide a supportive setting for you to explore your unique experiences, gain new perspectives, and restore confidence and resilience.

I enjoy helping people to recover from grief and trauma, manage stress, improve communication, and regain their health and quality of life. It is always inspiring to witness people’s personal journeys of healing and transformation.
