I am here to help you to develop ways of coping with whatever is happening in your life. I do this by supplying a safe space for you to talk about your problems.
I can help you make a plan and teach you how to use different strategies and tools to make lasting change. I have worked as a general psychologist for over 20 years and have a lot of experience of helping people with counselling.

Academic Credentials
Linda has a Post Graduate Diploma of Professional Psychology from Federation University, a Bachelor of Social Science from Deakin University, a Cert IV Workplace Training and Assessing from Access Employment and a Certificate in Clinical Hypnosis.
Linda has completed Reality therapy & Choice Theory certification and additional training in motivational interviewing, brief solution focused therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness.
Counselling Experience
Linda has worked in a range of settings, including schools, the public service, return to work and injury management organizations and in private practice. Linda works with adults in the areas of weight management and healthy eating behaviors.
Linda also works with adults who have been diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), attention deficit disorder (ADD) or autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and who are looking to get help with managing any difficulties they may be having. Linda does this by helping people to manage their thinking and behaviors in ways that will lessen their stress or similar mental health concerns.
