I am passionate about working with and empowering individuals to feel better and experience a sense of wellbeing. At times we are faced with personal challenges and extremely difficult times. I am a passionate and competent professional who supports and assist individuals to move through these impasses.
I value being being able to provide professional support and a non-judgemental counselling environment where individuals feel heard, can take a moment to reflect and then discover the way forward.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Psychology plus completed a Masters of Psychology (Counselling). She is an avid learner and remains an ongoing student and regularly attends continuing professional development courses.
Her recent focus has been on mindfulness-based approaches to assist with mental health issues.
Lisa utilises a number of psychological approaches to best support people these include cognitive behavioural therapy, emotion focussed therapy, trauma based therapeutic approaches, relaxation and stress managemnet approaches.
Lisa has experience working with a range of clients, including adolescents and adults. She also has extensive experience supporting people who experience symptoms of anxiety, depression, sleep issues, relationship concerns, chronic health conditions, chronic pain and parenting issues.
Lisa has been working for a number of years and is open to working with a range of people. She has worked in a range of settings including not-for profit organisations, hospitals and private practice.
Lisa is a registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
