Hi, I'm Maddy 👋

I have a genuine passion for meeting clients where they are at in life, creating a safe and confidential space, and working together to meet individual goals and overcome obstacles. I believe that the mind is the most powerful tool we have, and when we learn to manage it, our potential is endless. I am here to help you learn about yourself, and your unique qualities.

I can tailor an evidence-based intervention around your circumstances; your strengths and your goals, to help you grow, and learn lifelong sustainable skills to improve the quality of your life.

I’m extremely approachable and easy-going, so we might even have a laugh along the way. I am one hundred percent on your team, so if you make progress I make progress. Feel free to get in touch, and see if we are a good fit.
