I provide a compassionate, client-centred, strengths-based, holistic support for my clients. I am committed to helping you reach your potential, overcome barriers and progress in your treatment goals and life. I will help you to see your concerns from a different perspective, explore possible outcomes and go on that journey with you. 

There is no cookie-cutter treatment, I enjoy connecting with people on their level, treating people according to their interests and their personal needs.

Academic Credentials

Malini completed her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Professional Psychology.

She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Malini utilises several evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Graduated Exposure, Motivational Interviewing (MI), mindfulness therapy, behavioural therapy.

Counselling Experience

Malini as experience working with a wide range of clients, including diverse cultures, children, adolescents and adults.

She also has extensive experience working with people with disabilities, including intellectual disability, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), in addition to mental health issues.

Malini has a keen interest in working with people experiencing anxiety, OCD, mood disorders and self-esteem difficulties. She has worked in a range of settings, including schools and private practice.
