Hi, I'm Margaret
I’m a very experienced Psychologist. I’ve worked for over 40 years with a range of clients. I think that relationships are central to our lives, and attachment, loss and grief are part of everyone’s story.
Life can be very challenging but I believe most people can manage most things if they get the right help. Having someone to talk to who is kind and understanding can be the first step on the road to recovery.
I have a lot of life experience so I’m very understanding about the problems people bring to me. I’m a good listener, with a good brain and I like to help people to discover their own strengths and problem solve and come up with solutions to their problems.
Sometimes this involves significant behaviour change.
I will be there to motivate and encourage you.
