Additionally, I aim to help you set achievable goals and to equip you with practical strategies that will see you inch closer to living the life that you envision.
Mariana completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia.
She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Mariana is trained in numerous evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Narrative Therapy (NT).
Mariana has experience working with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of settings including schools, non-government organisations and private practice.
Mariana has developed an interest in working with people experiencing anxiety, phobias, depression, interpersonal challenges, parenting difficulties and sleep issues.
She also has experience working with people with disability and their families, such as intellectual disability and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
