Life is full of many challenges and difficulties, however, without gaining further insights into your inner psyche it will continue to be a struggle. I am very keen to equip you with the life skills, social and behavioural skills, cognitive skills using acceptance and mindfulness techniques.
This will definitely build your repertoire of tools in order to better manage life on a day to day basis so that you are leading a more fulfilling and functional lifestyle with confidence.
Knowing that I take a client centred approach to suit your needs you will not be disappointed. Effective treatment starts with a good therapist – client foundation in a safe respectful environment so that we can work collaboratively to reach your potential and creating the change you want in your life.

Mary has been a Registered Psychologist for 22 years with AHPRA and a Full member of the Australian Psychological Society.
She has completed a Bachelor of Social Science (UWS) and a Master of Arts in Child and Adolescent Psychology (UWS).
Mary is trained in a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance Commitment therapy, Skill based training such as Triple P anger management, conflict resolution, motivational interviewing, Psychotherapy, Rational emotive Therapy, Solution Focussed Therapy, Narrative therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
Mary has extensively worked with children, couples and families assessing mental health problems and treating a variety of issues including learning difficulties, anxiety, social skill deficits, poor cognitions, parenting issues, anhedonia, dysfunctional relationships, abuse, anxiety, depression, low self esteem and communication difficulties.
She has worked within schools, non for profit organisations and in private practice.
