Hi, I'm Melissa
Welcome and hello to you, I am looking forward to understanding who you are as an individual. I am hopeful that through our time together we can put in place some steps and strategies to assist you in achieving the outcomes you desire.
Life can be such a rollercoaster so having a toolkit full of strategies to assist us through the highs and lows of life is key to achieving our goals. I work from a person first model. I want to know what works for you and what hasn’t. I believe that everyone can benefit from taking care of our mental health just like we would our physical health. In fact I like to take a holistic approach to my work and know from experience that when our mind, body and spirit are all working together people’s overall wellbeing and quality of life is increased.
