Melita Henderson

someone.health Psychologist

Hi, I'm Mel 👋

I love helping others to learn, both about themselves as individuals and about their brain and why it does the things it does. It is this passion for helping others to build their skillset and confidence in themselves that led me to refocus my career on individual therapy after spending many years in management consulting and corporate training.

I have seen the benefits of utilising a range of therapy interventions (that’s the strategies I get to share with you) when working with my clients and would love to work collaboratively with you to find the best approach to suit your unique situation, strengths and personality.

I am a caring, authentic and empathic person, and a counselling session with me will feel natural, conversational and purposeful.

I look forward to working with you to overcome today’s challenges and build your best future life.
