It is through forming trusting and safe alliances with my clients, that allows me to guide them through the therapeutic process of Identifying their concerns, collaborating on our treatment / counselling journey, and reaching positive outcomes.

Academic Credentials
Michelle is a registered psychologist of over 20 years, who completed a Bachelor of Arts ( Psychology ), followed by a Master of Arts ( psychology ), and then returned post registration to complete a Masters of Clinical Psychology with Distinction.
Professional learning and development has been highly valued by Michelle throughout her career, as she went on to complete a Diploma in Counselling, Gottman level 1 training, Emotion Focussed Therapy, and ongoing training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy over her career.
Counselling Experience
Michelle’s clinical experience has been across numerous private and public health sector domains. Starting her early career in adult mental health services, Michelle became passionate about working with young people in early intervention mental health services, and then worked in one of the first early intervention service for young people set up in Sydney.
Michelle then worked in a private psychiatric hospital providing individual and group services. Michelle has spent the last 15 years working in a private practice setting, where she became passionate about working with couples, teenagers, and anxiety disorders.
