someone.health Clinical Psychologist

Hi, I'm Mike 👋

I am passionate about providing affordable and accessible psychological therapy.

My approach to therapy is mainly based on a model called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which focuses on learning to let go of unhelpful thoughts, being present with difficult emotions and connecting to your values, the things that really matter to you.

I self identify as a gay man and enjoy working with the LGBTQ+ community.
