I am passionate about helping people solve problems. My approach is focused on uncovering the things that are holding you back, setting goals to fix this, and motivating you to take action.

I have completed university level training in Psychology, and have obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology (Honours) from Macquarie University and Master of Psychology (Clinical Psychology) degree from the University of Western Sydney.
I use various treatment approaches that have been shown through research to help people, these include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
I have assisted many clients ranging from children to older adults. I have worked in public hospitals, private hospitals, and private practice. In these settings, I was involved in the care of clients with mild to severe mental health concerns.
The most common symptoms I helped people deal with were Anxiety, Depression, Addictions, Body image concerns, Trauma and Personality disorders.
