Molly uses a transparent and collaborative approach to therapy, working with people to understand their goals and values and support them to live a life consistent with these.

Academic Credentials
Molly completed a Bachelor of Psychology with first class Honours and then went on to complete a Master of Clinical Psychology.
She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
Molly has training in several evidence based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and mindfulness.
Molly also has a Certificate IV in telephone counselling.
Counselling Experience
Molly has experience working people with a diverse range of treatment needs and backgrounds.
These include management of anxiety, depression, psychosis, bipolar, substance use, adjustment difficulties, trauma responses, autism, ADHD, relationship difficulties, grief and loss and personality disorders.
She has worked in public and private sectors providing therapy to people across the lifespan (children, adolescents, adults).
She is confident working with a variety of presentations to best understand and meet treatment needs.
